Step One: Contact me
Step Two: Fill out the Design Questionnaire I email you.
Step three: Read over, make changes and approve bid
Step 4: Pay (in full) via *paypal invoice sent to you via email. *Read Below for web design payments.
Policies:
*Projects that have been abandoned for 30 days will decease and no refund will be given.
Full refunds must be requested PRIOR to receiving initial concepts.

Requests for partial refunds are to be requested within two days of receiving the first preliminary sketches of your logo ideas, if you feel that the design is not headed in the right direction, but there will be an automatic $35 service fee for the time invested into the process on my part.
*Revisions: *Does not apply to web designs
What you'll receive when purchasing any of the listings in my shop:
→ You will receive:
Four initial logo concepts
Five revisions on your chosen concept
For each additional concept after four, the cost will be $15.
For each additional revision after five, the cost will be $10.
→ With any package, you get the files sent to you via email, in any format needed. Also, I DO NOT charge for the master files. ;)
*Questions and Concerns: I love speaking face to face (if possible) or at least by phone if you feel email and IM is just not working for you. Let's talk!
*payments: I only accept Paypal. Over the last 8 years it has been more than reliable and secure.
*Web Design: I require half down on all web design projects before design begins and a final payment before launch of site. All other Design project payments are due in full before design begins.
